Office Administrator
Summary:
The Office Administrator will work directly with the Executive Director to manage essential business & office operations while providing administrative support for the HMH staff, programs, and Board of Trustees. This role supports various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and assist with general program coordination. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail. The Office Administrator must be able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism, customer service, and confidentiality.
