SUMMARY:Huakaʻi 2026
DESCRIPTION:\nOn behalf of Hawaiian Mission Houses Historic Site & Archives, we invite you to join us for our Annual Fundraising Gala, Huakaʻi I Nā Hōkū on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at The Royal Hawaiian Resort Waikiki. This year’s theme honors two great voyages that shaped modern Hawaiʻi — the Polynesian wayfinders who navigated by the stars, and the missionary families who crossed 13,000 miles around Cape Horn to first sight Mauna Kea in 1820. Since being designated a National Historic Landmark in 1965, Hawaiian Mission Houses has stewarded the archives, structures, and stories born of that cultural convergence – preserving the layered traditions, teachings, and influences that continue to shape Hawaiʻi today.\n\n\n\nEarly Bird (Until June 15)\n\n\n$300 per person\n\n\n$550 for a pair of tickets\n\n\n\nTable Sponsorships Available (Details Below)\nHawaiian Mission Houses Historic Site & Archives is a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
